Debuting the weekend of April 9-11 2010, America's Run will be a
three-day celebration of family, fitness and fun. The world-class
Cowboys Stadium will be home to this premiere running and fitness
event, attracting fitness enthusiasts from across North Texas and
runners from around the world.
The centerpiece of the event will be the America's Run Half Marathon,
which is poised to become one of the largest events of its kind in the
country. Participation will be limited to the first 20,000 registrants
in order to deliver a premium experience consistent with the size and
grandeur of Cowboys Stadium. Walkers and wheelchair athletes are also
encouraged to participate.
Both the Half Marathon and 5K course will have a Finish Line
like no other – on the field of Cowboys Stadium! As runners enter at
field-level, friends and family can watch them on the world-famous
Cowboy Stadium Video Boards for an exclusive high definition
experience.

FitFest is all about the fun of fitness. Kids of all ages can challenge themselves in the One Mile Fun Run and get a commemorative t-shirt and goodie bag. At the Finish Line, families will enjoy games, activities, food and an entertainment stage.

Runners will take to the streets to set the pace and beat their best times. The course will take runners near Six Flags, through picturesque neighborhoods and provide stunning views of Cowboys Stadium. The courses will challenge runners from the start and will finish on the field of the Stadium where the world famous Cowboy Stadium Video Boards will display the runners in high definition. After crossing the Finish Line, the Field Festival celebration awaits including live music, refreshments and more.
